Gregory Dean: Achieve Physical Therapy Solutions

Achieve Physical Therapy Solutions

Achieve Physical Therapy recently opened in Marietta, Georgia. Owner Gregory Dean aims to give back to the community that helped mold him into the man he is today. He has over 10 years of rehabilitation experience. Dr. Dean communicates with and educates all therapy patients regarding treatment, setting expectations for return-to-work timeframes and emphasizing education and motivation.

Our clinic is the first to offer the AlterG™ Anti-Gravity Treadmill in Marietta, Georgia. This treadmill is a game changer for anyone wanting to lose weight, train, or rehab an injury because it allows you to workout without pain and reduces stress on your joints/muscles.

Most businesses focus on profits and numbers, but Dean’s primary concern is building a solid relationship with the community by helping its citizens both in and outside the clinic. As a McEachern High School Alumni, he was fortunate to become a prominent athlete in Track and Field and Football. These experiences have allowed him to pay it forward by becoming a mentor and helping others to achieve the most out of life. In addition, he makes volunteering a requirement for his staff, which in turn allows him to lead by example.

I am thrilled to be working for a company that shares my outlook on life in regards to being of service to others. I believe in Mr. Dean’s vision of helping people become the best versions of themselves. He has my utmost respect and admiration because he’s a family man with a genuine heart and desire to make the world a better place. I feel extremely blessed to be working with him and I want to do everything in my power to make this clinic a success.

We want to inspire our community by proving that you don’t have to be a big corporation to make a difference. Outcome based service and state of the art equipment is at your disposal. We are at the forefront of technology and aim to assist patients in achieving the optimal level of health in a time-efficient and cost effective way. When you invest in our treatment, we do everything to ensure you reach your goals in a timely manner.

wisdom wednesday

Sorry I’ve been M.I.A for the past couple weeks. My life has been in a constant state of flux and for once I’m ok with it! That is a MAJOR MIILESTONE for a reformed control freak. I started a new job and I couldn’t be happier. However, it got me thinking how grateful I am to everyone that stood by me when things were in complete disarray and I had no idea what the future held. We all go through rough patches in life. Instead of letting those memories haunt us, I think we should wear them like a badge of armor. Falling apart was literally the best thing that happened to me because it allowed me to see people for who they are and not who I thought they were. It’s easy to be someone’s friend when life is easy peasy, but it takes a TRUE friend to stand by you when you’re just a shell of a person that feels like you have nothing more to give, no purpose, no future. To every person that loved me, encouraged me, and helped me in my darkest hour THANK YOU! You restored my faith in humanity and allowed me to realize my purpose in life is to help encourage others. No accomplishment will define me more than the people I have helped or hopefully inspired to embrace life and al it has to offer.

If you have the opportunity to lift someone up today, DO IT! You never know how a few kind words can have a lasting impact on someone’s life.

rejection

I’ve had to deal with a lot of rejection over the years and I have to admit it took me a long time to see them in a positive light. Everybody says when one door closes another one opens. I’ve experienced it first hand and it’s reigned true every time.  All the “no’s” I heard only made me that much stronger in my conviction and gave me the opportunity to build up my resilience in the face of adversity. If you’re feeling down or starting to doubt yourself because no one’s giving you a chance, I encourage you to continue to push forward because the right door will open and it will be better than anything you could have ever imagined! Stay strong and hold on because you have to fight for anything worth having in life. Have a blessed week and never stop believing in yourself or your abilities 🙂

Happy Easter

Conqueror

Conqueror

This is just the first verse and chorus, but the entire song is beautifully written and sung with such genuine emotion. You can’t feel anything less than inspired after hearing it. Don’t let anyone steal your joy or deter you from succeeding in life. Have a great week everyone 🙂

words of wisdom

I think this incredibly poignant quote speaks for itself! It definitely resonated with me and I hope it awakens something inside you as well. Happy hump day 🙂 #WordsOfWisdom

mistake

Sometimes the hardest part about making mistakes is forgiving yourself. I have a perfectionist nature and it absolutely kills me to my core when I do something wrong. Instead of obsessing over my mishaps, I try to look at them as lessons that will make me a better and more understanding human being. I love the metaphor in this quote because I have noticed that my vision of the world becomes sharper after each trial or setback I overcome. If you’re struggling with some mistakes you’ve made in the past, don’t let them define you. No one on this earth is perfect. Mistakes have no control or power over you if you don’t repeat them. Live, learn and grow!

simplicity

Since it’s the first day of Spring, I thought it was apropos to do a little “Spring cleaning” both physically and mentally. I definitely have some things I need to let go of and refocus my attention on pursuing everything that gives my life meaning. Life is far too short and I want to make the most of my time here. Happy Friday and I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
