A collection of quotes/scriptures that resonate my soul and inspire me.
A friendly reminder to carpe diem! It’s your life, so live it up 🙂 Happy Hump day everyone.
Life is all about perspective. When you find yourself dwelling on negativity, look for a way to change the situation and/or your thoughts about the situation. If you’re not willing to do something about it, then stop complaining because it’s pointless and only brings the people around you down as well. Things can only get better when you put forth the effort.
I know this quote is meant to be a fitness motivator, but I think it applies to life in general. Never forget to acknowledge the small victories because without them the big ones wouldn’t be possible. I hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July weekend! Sorry I’ve been MIA for the past couple months. I was getting adjusted to my new job but I definitely missed writing and sharing positive vibes with you guys. I promise to make a conscious effort from her on out to keep posting consistently 🙂
Have an awesome week
xoxo
This passage really hit home with me. #feelinginspired
Dream as big as you can because with hard work and determination they will come true 🙂 Have a great week!
Sorry I’ve been M.I.A for the past couple weeks. My life has been in a constant state of flux and for once I’m ok with it! That is a MAJOR MIILESTONE for a reformed control freak. I started a new job and I couldn’t be happier. However, it got me thinking how grateful I am to everyone that stood by me when things were in complete disarray and I had no idea what the future held. We all go through rough patches in life. Instead of letting those memories haunt us, I think we should wear them like a badge of armor. Falling apart was literally the best thing that happened to me because it allowed me to see people for who they are and not who I thought they were. It’s easy to be someone’s friend when life is easy peasy, but it takes a TRUE friend to stand by you when you’re just a shell of a person that feels like you have nothing more to give, no purpose, no future. To every person that loved me, encouraged me, and helped me in my darkest hour THANK YOU! You restored my faith in humanity and allowed me to realize my purpose in life is to help encourage others. No accomplishment will define me more than the people I have helped or hopefully inspired to embrace life and al it has to offer.
If you have the opportunity to lift someone up today, DO IT! You never know how a few kind words can have a lasting impact on someone’s life.
I’ve had to deal with a lot of rejection over the years and I have to admit it took me a long time to see them in a positive light. Everybody says when one door closes another one opens. I’ve experienced it first hand and it’s reigned true every time.  All the “no’s” I heard only made me that much stronger in my conviction and gave me the opportunity to build up my resilience in the face of adversity. If you’re feeling down or starting to doubt yourself because no one’s giving you a chance, I encourage you to continue to push forward because the right door will open and it will be better than anything you could have ever imagined! Stay strong and hold on because you have to fight for anything worth having in life. Have a blessed week and never stop believing in yourself or your abilities 🙂
I hope you all have a blessed Easter with your family and friends! I am thankful each and everyday for our savior making the ultimate sacrifice 🙂
This is just the first verse and chorus, but the entire song is beautifully written and sung with such genuine emotion. You can’t feel anything less than inspired after hearing it. Don’t let anyone steal your joy or deter you from succeeding in life. Have a great week everyone 🙂
I think this incredibly poignant quote speaks for itself! It definitely resonated with me and I hope it awakens something inside you as well. Happy hump day 🙂 #WordsOfWisdom
